Dinner 22/4/13: Spinach, lentil and fresh spring herb soup


This was full of herbs, perhaps not surprising given the name. It's from my goto soup book, the New Covent Garden Soup Company's A Soup for Everyday. I've tried lots of recipes from this, all pretty much winners, though I do often have to increase quantities to feed us - even when the recipe says feeds 6. Perhaps we are just greedy!
