This is a dish we've had many, many times, both with and without the flatbreads (usually I just buy them at our local shop, but in a pinch, or if you don't have a local shop whichi does good flatbreads, you can easily make your own). If you don't add the yogurt at the end of the curry (or in this case, leftover creme fraiche), it's vegan as well, which may be of interest to some of you...
