This one was literally a "What can I make from stuff already in the house" sort of meal. A package of meatballs from the freezer, a bag of wholewheat pasta, half a jar of tomato sauce, plus passata, plus a tin of tomatoes, half a bag of grated mozzarella plus some cheddar for flavour and some seasonings & chili flakes. A very tasty pasta bake and I didn't have to go shopping. Tomorrow, though, I'll need to shop as we're running low on anything that will make a decent dinner!
