Forgot to photograph this one, but it looks more or less like it did last time we made it, so I am using that photo. We didn't have the crunchy salad this time, though, so please ignore that! This was Sarah's meal for the week - she was going to make a pasta dish and this was going to be Wednesday dinner, but we forgot to marinate the chicken Tuesday night, so we shuffled things around. She helped me make the marinade on Wednesday night, and then she cooked on Thursday - it's not complicated to do - and also made some oven chips, (bought) coleslaw and a cucumber salad to go with it.
