notes: we weren't impressed with this way of cooking pork - it was a bit dry and the flavour wasn't great because it wasn't caramelised the way you'd get if it was fried or if it wasn't marinated. However, the sweet potatoes are great, and even my husband, who always complains about sweet potatoes, asked if there were more. We'll be doing those again.
