Dinner, 21/12/13: Courgette and Goat's Cheese Tart


Forgot to take a photo of this one, but it actually looked pretty much like the photo except I put more courgette strips across the top, so they showed more in the end.  It was very tasty, and not too liquid, despite the courgettes - the squeezing them out is really important!  We had this with a salad and some nice bread from the Farmers' Market.  Yum.
