Dinner, 22/12/13: Lamb Shanks with Garlic and no Rosemary

(because it turns out that my Rosemary bush in a pot in the back garden is dead).   It was lovely anyway.This spent all day in the slow cooker while we were up in town.  Served with rustic mash, my new favourite.
