Dinner, 4/9/15: Mini Toads-in-the-hole, cabbage

Aren't they cute? I use a normal Yorkshire pudding batter recipe and make them in muffin tins. The sausages keep the batter from rising quite as much as it might for normal Yorkshire puds, but they are still yummy...
