I have of course seen Romanesco broccoli before, but I've never eaten it - we had one in our veggie box this week, so we decided to just roast it in the oven, cut up into florets. It was excellent. Kind of like what you'd expect - a bit like cauliflower, a bit like broccoli - but also, not exactly like either. Really lovely, though - I'm hoping for another one soon!
