Dinner at the Barrio Cafe, which is an awesome Mexican place in Phoenix - not TexMex, but real Mexican. I've eaten here once before and the food is always superb. I had enchiladas verde - cheese filled enchiladas with a green sauce and an egg on top. Plus courgettes, squash and onion on the side. Yum. And though it's not in the photo (which has my SIL's chicken dish and my brothers mole) we also had an excellent corn starter - roasted corn with garlic, butter, cheese, spices - I could have eaten a whole plate of that.
