Dinner, 6/3/21: Chili con carne (Geoff cooking)


Geoff makes a pretty mean chili con carne - in this instance, using turkey mince.   He plays around with the heat quite a lot, trying to get the balance between spiciness and flavour.  We all agreed that this time, there was a little too much heat - it was perfectly edible, but the heat overwhelmed the flavour, which was very good, but would have been better if it was a little more prominent.
