Lunch Feast


We had a friend around to lunch, so I cooked lots of treats... a marinated aubergine salad, 


a roast butternut squash and lentil salad (made this one before many times),


carrot and potato tart (another standby)


and a pesto, artichoke and proscuitto pizza. 


And there was a cinnamon apple crumble cake (with homemade vanilla ice cream - no photo) for dessert...
