A recipe we've had before (apparently in November, 2013), but with the addition of okra in the dish, because Geoff and I like okra and I thought it wanted some more veg in it. I let the kids pick it out - usually I'm a lot meaner about vegetables but I appreciate okra is an acquired taste (or not, as the case may often be).
