aka Beef in a bottle of red wine.... As the kids and I planned a day in Kingston Christmas shopping today, a slow-cooker meal was in order. This one fit the bill nicely and made my house smell gorgeous when I got home from a hard day shopping... The recipe is from Lora Brody's Slow Cooker Cooking. Mmm, tasty. And lots of leftovers for the freezer.
