Dinner, 3/3/15: Tofu Noodle Bowl


This is one of those meals which should have been better than it was; there was very little flavour to the soup part of it, and even with the addition of stock (rather than water combined with the leftover marinade from the tofu) it wouldn't have been that interesting. Not a keeper.

We did think the tofu was really good though, so I will certainly be using the method for frying tofu (drain, cubed, dredged in cornflour).
