Dinner, 11/5/20: Roast Vegetables, Crusty Bread


Had a variety of vegetables lurking around wanting to be used, and another box due tomorrow, so it was a great time for a simple dinner of roast vegetables and crusty bread, with an optional sprinkle of feta for those who wanted it. We've got rainbow carrots, some squash, beetroot, courgettes, two kinds of peppers. Gorgeous!
