Dinner, 28/4/21: Frittata with chorizo, peppers and potato


Frittata. We have egg-based meals a lot - easy weeknight suppers, and when you get really nice eggs (we get ours with our veggie box, or sometimes from the farmers' market) they are just lovely. Here, a frittata, with a salad and some nice bread.
