Pretty much what it sounds like. It has potatoes as well. You basically cut all the stuff up, add a little stock and some seasonings and chuck it in the oven. I used spring greens rather than Savoy cabbage, which is what the recipe called for (though I've made it with Savoy before) because I had some leftover in the fridge from last week... Even though it's very mild out at the moment, we are definitely enterring the hearty cooking time of year!
