Dinner, 10/1/15: Roast Duck with Roast Potatoes & Parmesan Parsnips


The duck was on sale on Ocado (online supermarket) - about half price, I think - so it seemed too good an opportunity to miss. And with the parsnips also on sale (buy one bag get one free) it seemed sensible to buy them, roast them all, and put aside some of them to make roast parsnip soup later in the week - a nice quick weeknight supper that way.
