Dinner, 12/1/5: Roasted Parsnip and Parmesan Soup
Using pre-roasted parsnips from the other night, so it was very quick and easy. And made parmesan biscuits to go along with it (yes, I cut them with the snowman cutter instead of the usual circle - so?)
