Technically, this was a potato, reblochon & spinach tart, as Sainsbury's had no taleggio yesterday. But who's counting! We've had this before, with various cheeses. and always enjoy it. The crust, because it's a bread crust rather than pizza, makes it very filling (tonight I made the dough for the crust in the bread machine - and remembered to start it early enough to give it the long dough cycle, rather than the quick pizza dough one), so it goes a lot further than you might think.
