Dinner, 11/5/15: Courgette, Ham & Ricotta Tart

We all really liked this, though Geoff, who is not a huge fan of ricotta, kept trying to think of ways to duplicate it, without the ricotta (the rest of us really like ricotta, so we just ignored him).
