Dinner, 2/3/19: Rarebit Risotto

This was an unusual risotto, with beer in, instead of wine, and cheddar cheese. The broccoli was cooked separately and added at the end, with the little tomatoes, which weren't cooked at all. It was really yummy. We'll definitely have it again.
