Dinner, 11/11/20: Vegetables in Cheese Sauce

A nice wintery dish - vegetables in cheese sauce. Here, it's a little bit of leftover cauliflower from the biryani, a small romanesco and a handful of sprouts from last week's veggie box. Breadcrumbs and some walnuts on top for texture.
