Dinner, 12/11/20: Loaded Sweet Potato & Parsnip Fries

This was a new one for us, but I reckon we'll see it again as I really enjoyed it - sweet potatoes, parsnips and some regular potatoes, loaded up with various salsa type toppings, cheese and jalapenos, plus tortilla chips on the side. Yum.
