Tasting Notes: Geoff thought this had too much chili in it, as he felt the flavour of the courgette was somewhat overpowered. I disagreed, but I might cut back a little next time as I don't think it would hurt any. Excellent texture, courgette not soggy - we doubled the recipe, although as it happens, neither girl was home for dinner. Still, there's some for lunch tomorrow!
