Tasting notes: This is one of my favourite okra recipes. I know a lot of people don't really like okra, but I'm not one of them. I'm not really that bothered by the fact that it can sometimes be slimy, but if you are put off by that rather than the taste, this recipe might be for you, as it's not at all slimy cooked this way. The chicken was very nice, mild and creamy but flavourful.
