Jun 4th: Tuscan Bean and Pancetta Soup


Oops!  Forgot to take a photo of the soup, which was lovely. We had some crusty brown granary bread fresh from the bread machine with it and it was a perfect supper for a wintery June evening.  (Our weather at the moment is a bit crap).

Notes:  As I was feeding 6, I used 2 tins of beans and about a litre of stock.   Also used a few tablespoons of herby tomato sauce I had in the fridge leftover from make-your-own pizza night.
