Dinner, 15/3/14: One Pot Chicken and Bacon Stew


This was a lovely casserole, chosen because we weren't sure what time Geoff was getting home from the airport, so we needed something which could wait a while. The taste was great, and I made all of the Make-one-Freeze-one recipe, so there's enough in the freezer for a second meal. Hoorah!
