Dinner, 19/3/14: One Pan Prawn Pilau


Very simple, used a curry paste instead of spices, so took no time at all to prepare. I used a small amount of prawns and more peas, plus threw in some leftover green beans as well. Ours was fairly spicy due to a spicy curry paste, but it could easily be more gentle. And if you wanted to make it vegetarian (or even vegan) you could use some cashews instead of prawns and it would still be quick, easy and tasty.
