Dinner, 26/2/19: Sweet and Sour Crispy Tofu (Bosh!)


This was gorgeous. The tofu was great (I used my favourite firm tofu, Tofoo brand, rather than pressing a softer tofu), fried crispy and the sauce, with the onions in it, was lovely. Neither of my girls would be happy with this meal (Olivia isn't fond of peppers and Sarah doesn't like savoury dishes with fruit in them) but the three of us thought it was just fabulous. A real winner.
