Dinner, 9/2/19: Courgette, Artichoke, Mushroom & Black Olive Tart

Similar to pizza, I realised after the fact, but there was no cheese, so it was a bit less substantial. We also had salad with it. If you use butter-free puff pastry (don't know whether mine was or not) this would be vegan.
