Love this kind of meal, where there's lots of bits and pieces and you can assemble your own thing. We all like these sorts of meals, but with a vegan in the house it makes life even easier, as you don't always have to find alternatives to cheese or sour cream for everyone... Liv cooked tonight as well, which is always nice...
