Dinner, 4/9/20: Bean and Herb Pasta


This was simple and very tasty - the beans are cut up quite small, and it used a selection of whatever herbs you might have hanging around needing using up (very helpful, as I always seem to have some) - in this case, I used parsley, dill and mint (but not the coriander, which will have to wait for something else).  From the Riverford Spring & Summer cookbook.
