Dinner, 24/9/20: Spaghetti Genovese


Our take on this traditional dish of pasta with green beans, new potatoes & pesto. Our main difference: homemade pesto, so that it only involves herbs, pinenuts, garlic and olive oil (and no parmesan).  Used runner beans here because that was what was in our veggie box, and it was lovely.
