Christmas baking



Here's this year's selection. Some more successful than others (the knack - in the paper cases - didn't set. Tastes gorgeous, but is rather messy).

No butter cream horns? I thought you always made those. Actually I see a number of new ones this year. They all look yummy. What is knack?
