notes: We had a lot of veg that wanted using. I was going to make couscous, but Geoff doesn't really like it - the rest of us do, so next time, it's our choice. Usually I use chick peas, but we were out, so it was other beans. Not very exciting, but it's a good dinner when lots of veg need using up...
