Dinner, 2/7/13: Pasta with cream cheese & tapenade


This is a very easy recipe I've made in the past - it's pasta with a sauce made of essentially a packet of cream cheese (light works fine), zest of a lemon and juice of half, enough of the pasta cooking water to make a thin sauce when melted with the cheese. Then a big handful of rocket and a dollop of tapenade. Very quick and simple, an easy supper after running kids around from place to place...  Originally from a Tesco Recipe magazine, I think.
