Dinner, 10/2/19: Slow-cooked lamb shanks with rosemary and garlic


This is an excellent way to cook lamb, but gave us way too many leftovers. With three of us, we didn't really need 4 lamb shanks, but unfortunately, they only come in twos. Don't get me wrong, we'll eat the leftovers, but it will take a while to get through!
