Dinner, 20/4/19: Potato & Cardoon Gratin, Spring Greens, Sausages


It's rare that I come up against a vegetable that I've never eaten, but our veggie box this week had cardoons in it. And that was new to me.   We used one of the suggestions in the box and made a gratin with potatoes - it was delicious. The cardoons look a bit like celery and taste a bit like artichoke. Might try fritters next time I get cardoons in my box!
