Dinner, 13/5/13: Vegetable Frittata


I can't find a recipe for this particular frittata online, but I'm sure there are lots of others - this one has onion, spinach, potatoes and cherry tomatoes as its non-egg content, and a bit of dijon mustard, which we thought was a nice touch. Tasty!  And some left for lunch tomorrow (though not much).  I made biscuits to go with it as well, added some grated cheddar (to the biscuits).
