Dinner, 22/5/13: Tarragon Chicken with Haricot Beans (and sauted courgettes)


The chicken is an adaptation of a Nigel Slater recipe from Real Fast Food - I used half fat creme fraiche instead of double cream, and also, skinless chicken breasts. But I liked the idea to serve this with beans instead of potatoes or noodles (though noodles would be nice, too), so heated some up with a little shallot, garlic & chicken stock. Very nice.
