Dinner, 21/5/13: Beef Stroganoff


From a low-fat cookbook Top 200 Low Fat Recipes, Judith Wills. It uses greek yogurt in the sauce instead of sour cream (or whatever is traditional). Still tastes great though of course I get complaints about mushrooms from children... (one likes them, one hates them and complains, one doesn't really like them but doesn't complain).
