Dinner, 18/6/13: Chicken, Spinach and Lentil Coconut Curry

And sweet potato, too. Funny sometimes how something that's a main ingredient in a dish isn't in the name of it, isn't it!  This is a Good Food recipe, but I didn't find it on their website. It was tasty, though!
