Not sure I've ever cooked patty pan squash before - lots of other kinds of squash, yes. Here, it was just roasted until tender. It was nice - kind of like a courgette but not quite. We think they'd be great stuffed. The sausages here are veggie ones - the boys had meat ones, but I'm not fussed one way or the other.
