Dinner, 26/8/20: Marinated Aubergine Salad, Sicilian Potato Salad, Roast Veg with Bulgar Wheat

Another three salad meal - won't see so many of those as we head into autumn and winter - more hearty dishes and soups and things will appear, no doubt.
