Come Dine with Alex


For a school project, Alex has had to research, plan, cost and fix a meal, and present a project on it. This was the night we ate his meal. They had a Mediterranean theme, so Alex chose to make bruschetta for starters, 



spanakopita (spinach pie) for the main course, 




and for pudding, a "make-your-own-Greek-yogurt-sundae" - yogurt with a selection of toppings.  It was a lovely meal, and although he had a little help (mostly taking things in and out of the oven), he did do most of it himself...
