Dinner, 7/7/15: Chicken with roast tomatoes, green beans & lentils


This was a tasty, salady sort of meal. I used tinned lentils rather than cooking from scratch, because I knew we'd be tight for time. Also, instead of red wine vinegar I just used some of a bottle of balsamic dressing on the whole thing, which I thought worked very nicely.
