Although I altered these a touch by adding some feta cheese, they are pretty much just the Moosewood Recipe - and they were great. Even the non-sweet-potato fan in the house liked them. Yum!
What a sweet memory this entry elicits: I grew up in central NY, and lived in Ithaca for one happy year while teaching outside the city. Moosewood was in an old school building, and was at that point a strange and interesting place to dine!!!!
