Dinner, 9/11/19: Pork Chops, Braised Leeks and Carrots


This was a really lovely way to cook carrots and leeks - really tasty and a great texture (recipe here, though I didn't use the breadcrumbs). The porkchops were from the farmers' market and were fried briefly in a pan before being finished under the grill - again, great texture, very succulent.
